Note: if you choose to stay at a different hotel, please note that the Tatra Mountains are very large and we recommend booking somewhere nearby for ease of transportation to events.
Summary of Events + Expectations
For general clarity, we please ask that all guests consider the following:
The first event is on Saturday, June 27th, the Welcome Dinner. This is going to be in the city of Krakow, hence, it makes sense to book your stay for the 27th in the main city of Krakow.
The wedding celebration on Sunday, June 28th, is at a manor just outside of Kraków: Dwór Sieraków. It’s about 30 minutes out from main Krakow and there are rooms available for booking at the manor. If you choose not to stay at the venue, please consider and plan for how you will get to your room after the wedding festivities.
After the wedding celebration, on Monday, June 29th, we would love to have breakfast with everyone. After breakfast, we are headed to the mountains for a couple of days from Monday, June 29th to Wednesday, July 1st. We are staying at the hotel noted above, however, if you prefer to stay elsewhere, that is completely up to you! We will share a general itinerary of events with those who attend, so it will be up to you to find a place to stay where you can still make it to some of the events. To note, we have transportation from the venue to the mountains booked based on the number of people who have said they will attend - if you have not yet let us know you are going to the mountains, please do so at your earliest convenience so we can include you in the headcount for the transportation.
Once we check-out from our hotel on Wednesday, July 1 in the mountains, we will take a train back to Kraków. If you personally are also heading back to Kraków, you’re welcome to take a train back with us, or find an alternative mode of transportation back based on your personal preference / next Euro plans.
